Email tracking

When you send out an estimate or invoice through the Probuild app, you may wonder: Has my customer opened my email yet? Thankfully, our product gives you real-time email status notifications.


Open Tracking

After sending the estimate or invoice to your customer, you will receive a push notification when your customer opens your email for the first time:

Tapping on this push notification will bring you into the app where you can see the estimate or invoice that was sent.

Failed to send to customer

If the email intended for your customer fails to send, you will be notified by a push notification like this one:

Tapping on the push notification will open up the email composer which gives you the opportunity to correct the email address.

Failed to send to team email

If the email intended for your team email inbox fails to send, you will be notified by a push notification like this one:

Tapping on the push notification will open up the team’s profile, giving you the opportunity to correct the email address.

Consult the Documents List

In addition to the push notifications described above, you can always see the status of your emailed estimates and invoices by consulting the documents list:

  1. Tap on Estimates & Invoices.

  1. Here you’ll see all your estimates and invoices, as well as the email status for each.
