When you send out an estimate or invoice through our product, you may wonder: Has my customer opened my email yet? Thankfully, our product gives you real-time email status notifications.
After sending the estimate or invoice to your customer, you will receive a push notification when your customer opens your email for the first time:
Tapping on this push notification will bring you into the app where you can see the estimate or invoice that was sent.
Failed to Send to Customer
If the email intended for your customer fails to send, you will be notified by a push notification like this one:
Tapping on the push notification will open up the email composer which gives you the opportunity to correct the email address.
