Why am I not receiving notifications from Probuild?


If permitted, the Probuild app can send notifications to your mobile device informing you of important updates related to your team’s activities, such as when you’ve been added to a project or when your emailed estimates and invoices have been opened by your clients.

If you are not receiving notifications from Probuild, the most likely culprit is the notifications setting on your device.

  • You must modify your device settings to allow notifications from the Probuild app. Note that most users will receive a prompt to set their device settings, including for notifications, the first time they open the app. For further instructions on how to manage your notifications, please consult the appropriate user guide for the version of the operating system installed on your device (Android or iOS).

In rare cases, the following solutions may apply:

  • There may have been an issue with an older version of the Probuild app. Please ensure that you have the latest version of the app installed on your mobile device.
  • While we work hard to minimize disruptions to you and your business, we may become aware of a broader issue or outage on rare occasions, which may affect certain services. Please check our Status page for information about any known outages.
