QuickBooks sync is a Pro plan feature. Connecting links Probuild to your QuickBooks Online company so your clients, estimates, invoices and payments stay in sync automatically, with no double entry. You’ll need a QuickBooks Online account to connect.

1. Tap on the settings gear in the top left

2. Tap on QuickBooks

3. Tap on Connect QuickBooks to start connecting

4. Probuild opens QuickBooks Online in your browser. Sign in with your QuickBooks (Intuit) account and follow the instructions to authorize Probuild to access your QuickBooks company.

5. Once you authorize, you’re returned to Probuild and QuickBooks shows as connected. Sync won’t start until you choose what to sync, so tap Configure when prompted (or Complete setup on the QuickBooks screen) to set your preferences. See Syncing your data with QuickBooks to finish setup.
