Why can’t I see certain projects on the Projects tab?


If you are unable to view or access a project that you know has been created by another user, there are things you can try that may fix the issue.

  • The most likely culprit is that you have not been added as a user on the project. Ask the user who created the project to make sure they’ve added you as a user. The following guides include detailed steps on how to do this on Android and iOS.
  • In some cases, the user access permissions assigned to your profile and/or role may not allow you to view and edit projects. The following guides include detailed steps on how to verify and modify user access permissions on Android and iOS.
  • In rare cases, there may have been an issue with an older version of the app. Please ensure that you have the latest version of the app installed on your mobile device.
